DATE NIGHT FOR NATE'S BIRTHDAY
Nate is an old man now! He's 32! We have had a gift card to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse from Tina for over a year that we haven't been able to use. Tina came and watched Ruby at our house while we escaped for Nate's birthday dinner. It was so fun to get away for a bit with this cute guy. He is seriously the best, he works SO hard for our family. We love him more and more everyday!
YARD WORK WITH RUBY
Our bushes in the yard were looking pretty sad. They needed some TLC. Ruby and I went to work and pruned most of the bushes. It was quite the workout!
MIKE AND HANNAH ARE PREGNANT!!!
Mike and Hannah told us some exciting news! They were talking to Ruby and showed her this little Mickey Mouse onsie and said, "Ruby, you're going to have a new cousin!" It took me a second to realize what they were referring to. I was so caught off guard and didn't expect it at all! What a wonderful surprise!
Hannah is due June 20th, 2017! Congrats Hannah and Mike!

SATURDAY AT TINA'S
CHURCH WITH GRANDPA HANSEN
Grandpa Hansen came to church with us! Ruby was so well behaved and looked quietly at her church book almost the whole time. Shortly after I took this photo Ruby fell through the back of the chair and bonked her head on the floor and started bawling! Nate and Scott, YOU ARE FIRED!
WALKING AT DAYBREAK LAKE
Took Scott and Peggy on a walk around Daybreak Lake. Ruby fed the ducks and we were swarmed by seagulls flying overhead waiting for a bite to eat.
Sunday nap after our rigorous walk. :)

Ruby got in a little crash with her toy car. Lately she needs a bean-bean = band aide for every time she gets hurt or even thinks she gets hurt...she wore her bean bean like this all day and didn't even touch it.

Tina gave us this blow up coffin and skeleton in a box of Halloween decorations she didn't need anymore. Ruby wanted to sleep in it, that's normal right? With the skeleton....?
